Defensive starters Kentrell Brice and Jake Ryan each left the Green Bay practice field Monday on medical carts. The severity of their injuries are unclear as of recording, but Ryan's appears to be significant and he could miss the season. Each injury will force a young, relatively unproven backup into the spotlight. Josh Jones and Oren Burks each have more talent than their former first-stringers, but the Packers could also choose to add available players in free agency or the trade market.
